History of the Company

In 1988, ProCare Rx was founded by the Burgess Family to provide
computer software systems and services to the various sectors of the
healthcare industry. In 1994, ProCare Rx processed our first pharmacy
claim using proprietary systems, and today processes millions of claims
every year. Since our inception we have used the "Lowest Net Cost"
philosophy, and by owning all of the component pieces of a PBM, we
have lowered our clients' costs consistently every year all the while
providing spectacular client focused service.
