ProCare Rx provides a mail order program to our clients and their participants that continues to allow us to provide a cost-effective method to the best prescription benefit consultation. We are continuously enhancing the quality of our mail service program, and in keeping with this goal have opened our own mail order facility located in Miramar, Florida. Although this is our primary facility, we also have key partnerships with several other mail order facilities, and will ensure your members are provided with the best solution and mail order pharmacy to meet your business requirements. However, owning our own mail order facility with full integration with our Clinical Department allows us to present you with cost savings and added efficiency.
Our mail order program is also fully integrated with our claims processing system for the retail network, which ensures customer convenience and operational efficiency. All retail and mail claims are adjudicated in real-time and are integrated in the same system, allowing any drug interactions and other issues to be easily detected.
The mail order program was designed for members who need maintenance medications for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, hormone replacement, etc. The same formulary is used as that of the retail network, and members have the same range of covered benefits. Depending on a member's benefits, the mail order program could offer larger days supply and/or savings on co-payments. In addition to a larger days supply and savings on co-payments, the mail order program also offers members convenient delivery, and easy Internet access.
ProCare Rx believes timeliness and efficiency are synonymous to providing quality services. In order to accomplish this goal, we have developed a system that provides multiple quality assurance checks. In addition, the products that we purchase from manufacturers, both generic and brands are of high quality.
