History of the Company
In 1987, ProCare Rx was founded by the Burgess family to provide computer software systems and services to the various sectors of the healthcare industry. In 1994, ProCare Rx processed its first pharmacy claim using proprietary systems, and today processes millions of claims every year. Since our inception we have used the "Lowest Net Cost" philosophy; and by owning all of the component pieces of a PBM, we lower our clients' costs consistently every year while providing spectacular client focused service.
Mission Statement
Our mission today, as it was years ago, is grounded with the same objectives for our clients that guide us every day:
- To provide the best, lowest cost pharmacy benefit management systems and services available.
- To focus on providing better, faster and cheaper services and solutions, which are customized to the needs of our clients.
- To partner with our clients to accomplish goals which are mutually beneficial.
