ProCare Rx offers a variety of options to support your 340B offering. 340B support ranges from pay-as-submitted transactions to routine 340B pricing file loads provided by the client or pharmacy since ProCare Rx is not directly contracted with HRSA. Additionally, ProCare Rx can provide the NCPDP claims data file to clients, as well as provide other reporting support for 340B reporting requirements.
The NCPDP standard information within the claim record would be received and coded during implementation process. Clients will need to provide a unit price for every NDC covered under the 340B program as well as to which campus pharmacies it applies, for which members and for which prescriptions. ProCare Rx does not make patient eligibility determinations for 340B programs, although we will work with the pharmacy to help identify which claims qualify during the adjudication process.
