As Senior Vice President of Client Solutions & Product Management, Kristi is responsible for leading client services strategy, product development, and operational execution across ProCare Rx’s PBM platform. With nearly three decades of tenure at ProCare Rx, she brings deep institutional knowledge and operational leadership across client engagement, product management, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise spans complex regulatory environments including HIPAA, CMS Medicare Part D, PDE, and PACE programs, along with real-time claims processing (NCPDP), claim adjudication, and EDI/X12 data standards. Kristi’s technical and analytical strengths support scalable solutions, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
