As Chief Financial Officer, Valerie is responsible for leading ProCare Rx’s financial strategy, audit and assurance functions, and overall financial governance as the organization enters its next phase of growth. A seasoned financial executive, she brings deep expertise in audit, assurance, and strategic financial planning, supporting performance, scalability, and long-term stability. Stepping into the newly established Chief Financial Officer role, Valerie provides dedicated financial leadership following the separation of the CFO responsibilities from the Chief Executive Officer role, ensuring focused oversight aligned with ProCare Rx’s continued expansion and operational excellence.
